About Scandinavian Raceway
Scandinavian Raceway, officially known as Anderstorp Motorbana (SRW Anderstorp), is a 4.025 km asphalt circuit located in Anderstorp, Gislaved Municipality, Sweden. Built on marshland in 1968, the circuit features a distinctive long straight—the Flight Straight—that doubles as an active aircraft runway, and an unusual mid-lap pit lane. It is the only Nordic circuit ever to have hosted a Formula One World Championship Grand Prix, staging the Swedish Grand Prix six times between 1973 and 1978. The circuit remains active today hosting club racing, track days, and events organized by the Anderstorp Racing Club.
