About Highland Rim Speedway
Highland Rim Speedway (also known as Veteran's Motorplex at the Rim) is a high-banked, D-shaped quarter-mile asphalt oval located at 6801 Kelly Willis Road in Greenbrier, Tennessee, approximately 20 minutes north of Nashville. Originally built in 1962 as a dirt oval, the track was paved in 1969 and became one of the fastest high-banked asphalt quarter-miles in the region. Weekly Saturday night racing features classes including late models, sportsman, super stocks, pro 4 modifieds, legends, dwarf cars, and baby grands. The speedway has hosted NASCAR legends including Darrell Waltrip, Bobby Hamilton, the Allison brothers, and country music star Marty Robbins.
