About Castle Combe Circuit
Castle Combe Circuit is a 2.977 km permanent motor racing circuit built on the perimeter track of a former World War II RAF airfield in Castle Combe, Wiltshire, England, approximately 20 miles from Bristol. Opened for racing in July 1950, it is one of the oldest active racing circuits in the United Kingdom. The circuit hosts three home club championships, the Hot Hatch Challenge, track days for cars and motorcycles, and an annual motorcycle race weekend. It is widely known as the friendly circuit.
