About Bira
Bira Circuit is a permanent motor racing facility located approximately 15 km northeast of Pattaya in Banglamung, Chonburi Province, Thailand. Opened in 1986 as Thailand's first FIA-certified circuit, the 2.41 km, 11-turn track was named in memory of Prince Birabongse Bhanudej Bhanubandh, the first Thai Formula One driver. The facility covers 65 acres and includes 30 pits, a grandstand for up to 30,000 spectators, an offroad track, a rally stage, and a CIK-certified karting circuit.
